All proceeds go directly to the care of cats and kittens.

- Sponsorship/Donations
- Please consider donating! It is greatly appreciated.
- Sponsorship is needed for various activities during the event.
- 100% of donations go to care of kittens and cats – including food and medical attention
- Silent Auction
- Baskets and other items for auction are available to review here.
- Bidding is done online using your phone, and help will be available at the event.
- You do not have to attend the event to bid or win, but we would love to have you attend!
- Anyone who wins a basket can take it home that night!
- Silent auction ends at 8:30 pm.
- Costumes
- Costumes are optional.
- Everyone in costume will be eligible for the costume contest.
- Everyone will vote on the best, funniest costume
- Table Decorations
- Teams have been assigned to decorate each table
- If you would like to be assigned to a table to decorate, please email us! We would love to have you.
- Everyone attending the Black Cat Bash may vote for their favorite table.
- The winning table will be announced during the event at approximately 7 pm
- Selfie Booth
- Available for pictures of you and your friends from 6-9 pm
- Beverages
- Beer, wine, and margaritas will be available for purchase
- Non-alcoholic drinks will be available at all times at no cost (sweet tea, lemonade, water)
- Cats
- Sorry, but for their safety, there are no cats and kittens at the event (Yes, they are sad, too!)
- 50/50 Raffle
- Raffle tickets can be purchased at any time online in advance or at the event
- Drawing will be held around 8 pm
- What is a 50/50 raffle? 50% of the funds raised will be donated to Purr Partners Feline Rescue, and 50% will go to the ticket winner.
- Tentative Schedule
- 6:00 pm – Doors open (late arrivals are acceptable)
- 6:30 pm – Dinner is served
- 6:00 – 8:30 – Silent auction (see all baskets), costume contest, music, dessert, beverages, etc.
- 7:00 pm – Table decoration winner announced
- 7:30 pm – Costume contest awards announced
- 8:00 pm – 50/50 raffle drawing
- 8:30 pm – Silent auction closes, claim baskets
- 8:30 pm – Last call on beverages and desserts
- 9:00 pm – Door closing – unless you would like to stay and help us clean up!
